The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather detailed information from qualified vendors regarding commercially available Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) solutions for public safety communications (Police, Fire). The information collected will inform a subsequent procurement strategy for a CAD solution that meets operational, technical, security, interoperability, and budgetary requirements. The request is for information only and will help WRPS and Emergency Services Cooperative Ontario (ESCO) member agencies determine what possible resources are available.
