This Request for Proposal (RFP) is requesting proposals from qualified firms or applicants to provide psychological services for the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS). The term of this contract will be for two (2) years commencing November 1, 2025 ending October 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional two (2) year terms.
