This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the service of cleaning and detailing Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) vehicles. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021, with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods.
