This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is for the service of acquiring used vehicles for the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS), to the WRPS’s specification and within the WRPS’s budgeted amount. The WRPS intends to create a roster of a maximum five (5) vendors that can be contacted as used vehicle procurements are required. The roster will be in place from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2029.
