The Waterloo Regional Police Service’s names Bakers at Work Office Furniture as the Vendor of Record for all its 24/7 ErgoCentric Chairs for a five (5) year period ending August 31 ,2029. The Waterloo Regional Police Service, at its sole discretion, may choose to procure additional 24/7 ErgoCentric Chairs with the Bakers at Work Office Furniture within this five year period. The Waterloo Regional Police Service shall not be obliged to purchase 24/7 ErgoCentric Chairs through Bakers at Work Office Furniture beyond the initial volume purchase as set out in this RFT.
