This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the supply and delivery of Patrol Jackets and Outerwear to the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) Headquarters in Cambridge Ontario. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing November 1, 2026 and ending October 31, 2027, with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. WRPS is the lead on this co-operative contract and members of the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) may choose to participate. Agencies who have expressed interest in participating in this contract at the time of RFP issuance are: Waterloo Regional Police Service, Brantford Police Service, Hamilton Police Service, Niagara Police Service, and Windsor Police Service. From this submission WRPS will create a roster of qualified vendors so that the other services may utilize the vendor that meets their requirements best. WRPS will award each category to one vendor. |
