****Note - Only online submissions will be accepted for this bid.**** This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the supply and delivery of dress uniforms to the Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) located at 200 Maple Grove Road. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing November 1, 2023 and ending October 31, 2024, with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. WRPS is the lead on this co-operative contract and members of the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) and Grand River Cooperative Procurement Group (GRCPG) may choose to participate. Agencies who have expressed interest in participating in this contract at the time of RFP issuance are: Waterloo Regional Police Service, Brantford Police Service, London Police Service, and the Waterloo Fire Department. From this submission WRPS will create a roster of qualified vendors so that the other services may utilize the vendor that meets their requirements best. WRPS will be awarding to one (1) vendor for their requirements.
